The construction drawings of this project are complicated, with strict requirements for product quality and processing accuracy. The core difficulty lies in the laser cutting and welding operations of over 20MM thick stainless steel plates, which require strict control of flatness and dimensional accuracy. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the welding quality of stainless steel, prevent welding deformation, and adapt to the high-precision installation requirements on site. The Xinyue special team deepens the disassembly of drawings, controls the processing accuracy throughout the entire process, not only overcomes the problem of thick plate welding deformation, but also strictly controls the flatness and dimensional accuracy of products to the highest standard; According to customer feedback, the tolerance of on-site assembly is controlled within 3MM, achieving perfect high-precision on-site adaptation. The goods have finally passed the dual inspection and acceptance by both the client and PUB and been perfectly delivered.
